We have two comments:
- Based on the screenshot that you sent to us, the firmware is for "oCam-1CGN-U", while the model name shown in the picture is "oCam-2WRS-U".
Obviously, you need to write correct firmware to the camera. - The cable shown in the picture is USB 2.0 type. Even if you connect it to your USB 3.0 port of your computer, you will get USB 2.0 connection.
