We are sorry but Matlab does not belong to our supported software or package.

As a trial, however, we have tested to get an image from the oCam-1MGN-U using a Matlab installed in our Linux machine.

We could get an image as you can see in the attached screenshot.

 

Regarding the use of DirectShow, could you try that program on Windows 7?

Also could you send us error messages or symptoms that you saw so that we can understand the problem better?
